COBBLED LUNCH

Due to a slight rise in blood sugar level recently, I am slowly
changing my diet. Today I had fish for lunch - a lightly grilled
river cobbler on a bed of baby leaf spinach with a poached egg and
herbed baby new potatoes.Mmm.Tasty... very tasty, especially with
a squeeze of lemon..mmmm and it took less than 15mins to cook.
